Relax scores well for its Money Train series, generous RTPs (including Book of 99 at 99%) and its Dream Drop jackpots. BK8 has a dedicated Relax Gaming lobby, though availability at other Singapore-facing casinos varies.
About Relax Gaming
Relax Gaming was founded in 2010 by Patrik Österåker and Jani Tekoniemi and is headquartered in Malta, with offices in Tallinn, Malmö, Stockholm, Gibraltar, Belgrade and Novi Sad. It began with poker and bingo software, and over time grew into one of the larger B2B casino suppliers. It now makes its own slots and distributes games from dozens of smaller studios.
Ownership has changed twice. Operator Kindred Group held a third of Relax and bought the remaining 66.6% in a deal completed on 1 October 2021, which valued Relax at up to €320 million. In October 2024 the French lottery operator FDJ completed its takeover of Kindred, so Relax is now part of FDJ United.
Relax holds licences from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA/B2B/246/2013) and the UK Gambling Commission, plus approvals in Gibraltar, Sweden, Denmark, Romania, Greece, Ontario and Pennsylvania. Its games are certified by eCOGRA. The company says it supplies 4,000+ games to more than 700 operator brands, counting both its own titles and those of its partner studios.
Silver Bullet and Powered By Relax
Relax runs two programmes for other studios. Silver Bullet, launched in August 2018, is for small studios: Relax handles compliance, sales and distribution, and promises each partner the same visibility as its own games. Powered By Relax is a lighter, platform-to-platform route. Studios plug into Relax's distribution but keep their own commercial deals. Together these give Relax more than 70 partner studios, which is why a "Relax" lobby at a casino often includes games from other brands.

Relax Gaming Signature Mechanics
Money Train respins
The Money Train bonus starts when three or more bonus symbols land. You get three respins, and the counter resets to three every time a new symbol lands. What makes it different are the character symbols, which act on the cash values already on the reels:
- Collector: adds up every visible cash value and keeps the total.
- Payer: adds its own value to every other symbol.
- Sniper: doubles the value of several random symbols.
- Necromancer: brings back characters that have already fired, so they can act again.
"Persistent" versions fire on every respin, and filling a reel unlocks extra rows. The later games keep adding new characters, which is why each sequel's max win is higher.
Dream Drop jackpots
Dream Drop is Relax's five-tier progressive jackpot (Rapid, Midi, Maxi, Major and Mega), played in a separate Jackpot Spin. It debuted in May 2022, and by mid-2026 more than 50 games from six studios were connected. Relax reported its 31st Mega winner in July 2026. The Mega pot can grow to a maximum of €10 million.
Book of 99
Most "Book of" slots sit around 94–96% RTP. Book of 99 publishes 99%, and adds a second route into free spins: a counter that triggers the bonus after you collect 99 symbols in the base game.
Tips for Playing Relax Gaming Slots
- Size your bankroll for respin bonuses. Money Train games often take 200+ spins to trigger the bonus, and many bonuses pay under 50x. Pick a stake that gives you room for long dry spells.
- Check which RTP mode you're playing. Some Relax games show one RTP for base play and a higher one for the buy feature. Your casino may also run an alternative version, and the info screen shows the active figure. See our RTP guide.
- Bonus buys: know the rules. A higher buy RTP doesn't make bonus buys low risk. They are banned in the UK and some other markets, and Singapore-facing casinos usually block them while a bonus is active. See our bonus buy guide.
- Try Book of 99 for value. At 99% published RTP it is one of the best-returning slots you can play, though it is still high volatility.
- Don't chase Dream Drop. Jackpot Spins are random. Play the base game for its own sake and treat any jackpot as a bonus.
- Set limits before you start. Decide a loss limit and a time limit, and stop when you reach either.
