Land-based casinos are governed separately by the Casino Control Act, and casino games are legally available only at Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World Sentosa. Singapore Pools and Singapore Turf Club offer authorised betting and lottery products, not casino games.
Remote gambling (apps, websites and live-dealer streams) is prohibited unless the operator holds the required authorisation from the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA). A licence from another jurisdiction does not make an operator lawful for people in Singapore. Advertising unlawful gambling to people in Singapore is an offence, and the GRA can block access to unlawful sites and order payment transactions to be blocked.
