96M Casino Singapore Review 2026

96M Overview

96M ranks #4 in our 2026 Singapore casino rankings with a score of 8.9/10. It is a solid all-round platform covering sports, live casino, slots, fishing, lottery, 3D games and fast games, and in October 2026 its promotions page listed 16 offers, led by a 288% welcome bonus up to SGD 2,880.

96M is one of the most celebrity-driven brands in the region. Taiwanese-American actor Sunny Wang (Wang Yang Ming) is its Global Brand Ambassador for 2025/26 and fronts the current "Heng Ong Huat" campaign, and TV host Jacky Wu held the role in 2022/23 and still appears in promo banners. The site also hosts an official 8th anniversary video.

Singapore players can fund their accounts in SGD. The footer lists ten payment methods: PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, TruePay, SurePay, EeziePay, Help2Pay, Bitcoin, USDT and Ethereum.

Latest 96M Bonuses & Promotions (October 2026)

We opened the full terms for each new-member offer. The old 100% up to SGD 1,000 welcome deal is gone: 96M now leads with a 288% slots bonus up to SGD 2,880, alongside a lower-turnover 100% welcome bonus and a free spins offer. Each of these is only open if you haven't joined a 96M promotion before.

Also listed: a brand migration bonus (SGD 88 on a SGD 200 first deposit, or SGD 500 on SGD 1,500 for VIPs from other brands, both 5x), the Sibeh Huat Angpow Rain (random weekly angpows of SGD 0.09 to SGD 9,696, 5x turnover), a jackpot bonus of up to SGD 8,888, a monthly turnover cash bonus up to SGD 188,888 for crypto and Quick Pay depositors, up to 1% instant rebate, a birthday bonus, and the Spadegaming Play & Win and Fishing Frenzy tournament with a SGD 1,483,820 prize pool.

288% vs 100%: Which 96M Welcome Bonus Is Better?

96M's own example shows a SGD 100 deposit with the 288% bonus (SGD 288) needs SGD 13,580 in slot turnover: (100 + 288) × 35. The 100% slots bonus on the same deposit needs SGD 5,000: (100 + 100) × 25, and the 100% sports bonus just SGD 2,400: (100 + 100) × 12. For sports bettors, the 12x sports offer is clearly the easiest to withdraw. Slot players who deposit SGD 100 or more and play often get much more bonus from the 288% deal, but should be confident they can wager SGD 13,000+ within 30 days.

Watch the details. Bonus funds can only be bet on the game type they were claimed for, and the 100% welcome bonus can't be used on Mega888 or 918Kiss non-slot games, live dealer tables, video poker or arcade games. Any new deposit made while a bonus is active is locked until the turnover is met. Learn how rollover works in our turnover guide.

How to Claim a 96M Bonus

1. Register a SGD account via Join Now. Welcome offers are only for members who haven't joined any 96M promotion.
2. Go to the Deposit page and enter at least SGD 50 (SGD 100 for the 288% bonus).
3. Select the promo code from the dropdown on the Deposit page. For Mega888 and 918Kiss, choose Transfer and move funds from your Main Wallet to the provider wallet first.
4. For free spins, open a qualifying Pragmatic Play game and spin once (SGD 0.20) so the spins are credited by 4pm the next working day.
5. Track turnover before withdrawing. Bonus winnings are forfeited if you miss the 30-day deadline.

Licensing & Safety

96M's Singapore site does not show a licence number in its footer. Its About page describes 96M as a registered trade mark with a registered business address on Dragonara Road, St Julian's, Malta, and an older ambassador page from 2022/23 says it is licensed in the Philippines and regulated by PAGCOR, BMM Testlabs and CEZA. We couldn't confirm a current licence, so we no longer describe it as Curaçao-licensed. The footer shows BMM, iTech Labs, GoDaddy, iovation and ThreatMetrix badges, plus GamCare and BeGambleAware links. 96M was also warning members about phishing emails during our visit.

Mobile Experience

96M's mobile browser site is fast and well laid out, with an eight-icon product grid near the top. The full game library, including sports, live casino and slots, is available on mobile. A dedicated 96M app is offered too, with an AI "Smart Bot" guide and express login.

Customer Support

96M says its customer support team is available 24 hours a day. Live chat is reachable from the round chat button and the Contact Us tab on every page.

Our Verdict

96M earns 8.9/10 and is our #4 ranked Singapore online casino for 2026. The new 288% welcome bonus is one of the biggest on offer in Singapore, the free spins deal is easy to understand, and the 12x sports welcome bonus is one of the fairest we've seen. The live lobby is smaller than the brands above it and the site doesn't display a current licence number, which keeps it below me88 and Maxim88. Check the full bonus terms on 96M before depositing.
