The brand also trades as 77W (its live chat greets visitors with "Welcome to 77W Online Casino"), and its Singapore site was reachable at 77bet-sg.com during our October 2026 check. The older 77betsg.com address timed out, and at least one review site reports that 77W stopped serving Singapore players in December 2025. The site we reached was live and taking registrations in SGD, but we'd treat its long-term status as uncertain.

The promo data embedded in the site shows offers first set up in July 2020, which matches the brand's reported 2020 launch. The footer displays Curacao, PAGCOR, BMM, iTech Labs and TST logos, but no licence number or operator name. More worrying, the About page describes 77Bet as "the first legal online casino in Singapore", and the slots page says it is "authorized by Singapore Government". Neither is true: Singapore does not license online casinos of this kind, so these claims should lower your trust, not raise it.

Contact options are a WhatsApp number on +65, a Telegram channel, live chat and a Gmail address. The homepage also offers Android and iOS app downloads by QR code.

We read the full terms for every offer on the Promotion page. 77Bet no longer runs a 200% bonus. New members choose one welcome bonus by selecting its promo code when transferring funds from the Main Wallet, and claiming one excludes you from rebates.

Earlier versions of this review credited 77Bet with dual PAGCOR and Curacao licensing. In October 2026 we could only find those regulators' logos in the footer, with no licence number, operator name or link to a licence register, so we can't confirm either licence. The site's claims to be a "legal" Singapore casino "authorized by Singapore Government" are false, and the mix of expired promotions, a 2022 World Cup menu item and pages that load without styling suggests the site isn't being actively maintained. If you already have a balance at 77Bet, we'd suggest withdrawing it.

Mobile Experience

The mobile browser version is usable but awkward, with an oversized header and a download tab that overlaps the page. 77Bet offers Android and iOS apps through QR codes on the homepage; we didn't install them.

Customer Support

Support is offered through live chat (agent "Olivia" greeted us), WhatsApp on a Singapore +65 number, a Telegram channel and the email [email protected]. A Gmail address and WhatsApp-based support are common at smaller Asian operators, but they offer less accountability than a corporate support desk.

The welcome offers are clear, start from SGD 30 and list PayNow, and the 77 Free 77 starter pack has fair 5x turnover. But the unverifiable licence, false claims of Singapore legality, expired promotions and reports that 77W has pulled out of Singapore are serious concerns.
